For Windows users:

Press the Windows key, and the letter "R".  You should see a small dialogue box that says "Run".  Type into the provided box "\\csd-printsvr64"  Press enter.


A window should open, with the list of district printers.  Double click on the printer you need to add.  It should acquire the printer drivers automatically.

Once you see the print queue window, the printer has been added.

To remove a printer: click on the start menu.  Click on Settings or Control panels.  Click Devices and Printers.  Locate the printer you wish to remove.  Right click, and choose "remove device".
